Acting as the sole producer and singer/songwriter to all of his music, Roet continues to break barriers with his newest release: EP 1, released earlier this week.
Despite being a rather “new” artist, Zach Alwin, aka Roet’s, production certainly doesn’t scream “I’m new at this.” His cool, almost R&B-influenced vocals, is what can be argued as most striking in his music that we’ve heard so far. A blend of mellow electronic beats fill the background as his vocals parallel effortlessly.
The EP includes previously released singles “Love You/Love Me” and “Here For You,” along with 4 other tunes. “EP 1 explores the difficulties of self-love, self-admiration, and self-embrace via lush soundscapes and extraordinary lyricism.”
