With a flurry of new tracks released (and one on the way) and direct support for Kx5 at Printworks tomorrow, February 3, this mau5trap artist is one you need on your radar in 2023. Hailing from the UK, Volaris has amassed a huge arsenal of music, scoring releases on key labels on Armada and John Summit’s OTG imprint.
Last month, Volaris unleashed “I’m So Weak” featuring vocalist Cammie Robinson – an artist you may already be familiar with as the featured vocalist in MUZZ’s “Star Glide.” Her ethereal croons paired with the high-energy synths in this track make it one of our favorite tracks of January 2023.
During the Summer of 2021, Volaris received massive support via his Armada-backed debut, “Through the Night” with Nightlapse and Nathan Nicholson. Once John Summit got hold of the release, that was all Summit needed to hear before accepting him as the first artist to release on his new imprint, Off the Grid Records. Volaris’ Spotify Wrapped infographic confirms that he’s accomplished more in six months than some artists are able to in a lifetime. It goes without saying that Volaris is about to move full steam ahead into 2023, with a massive show at Printworks, a remix for an “absolutely huge artist,” and a release schedule that’s packed all the way.
