San Francisco’s Legendary Institution 1015 Folsom Reveals Major Audio Transformation

After 34 years at the forefront of San Francisco’s music scene, 1015 Folsom is unveiling an advanced sound system in partnership with JK Sound. Adriatique and Marino Canal will headline the 34th Anniversary Party on October 15, 2023. 1015 Folsom is elevating the club and live music experience with a sleek, powerful d&b audiotechnik sound system, custom-built for top-quality performances.

Noah Bennett of 1015 Folsom emphasizes their commitment to exceptional sound quality, stating,

“Our sound has always been the jewel of our space, conveying artists’ artistry to fans. We’ve reimagined the venue with a state-of-the-art D&B sound system in partnership with JK Sound, accommodating both live bands and DJs, making us the premier destination for emerging and legacy acts.”

The main room offers endless production possibilities with a custom laser system, moving light fixtures, and LED visuals. 1015 Folsom’s improvements also enhance customer experience, with redesigned spaces, expanded VIP areas, and diverse music options.

“Our customers and artists’ experience is paramount. We’re dedicated to delivering unforgettable events.” – Noah Bennett

With the customer’s experience at the forefront of what they do, 1015 Folsom has made massive transformations to the venue to create a comfortable & unforgettable atmosphere. Over the past four years, they’ve completely redesigned the front room area that connects to the main room by relocating the bar to open up the dance floor space. This allows the two environments to work in tandem for concertgoers to enjoy music from either location without the worry of not having room to move around and dance.

As 1015 Folsom celebrates its 34th anniversary, it reflects on a rich history that has seen some of the most exciting and legendary acts grace its stage, including Sasha, Digweed, Fat Boy Slim, Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Peggy Gou, Kaytranada, Black Coffee, Tiesto (first US show), Tony Allen Live, Sven Vath, Charlotte De Witte, Dabin, Illenium, RL Grime, Zhu, Rezz, Sofi Tukker, Chris Lake, Fisher, John Summit, Dom Dolla, Mall Grab, Tale of Us, Bicep, Four Tet, Floating Points, Maya Jane Coles, Tokimonsta, and more.
