A couple Weeks ago, published an article on Monxx and the amount of shows that he’s cancelled in the past year.
Adding to that list this past weekend, Monxx canceled on High Caliber Music Festival due to social media “threats.” And now, it seems fans are making light of the situation. Twitter user @taylorrdreww took to Twitter with his frustrations and shared with the EDM Twitter world that he defined “monxxed” on Urban Dictionary. And it’s pretty damn funny.

Monxxed:
- To cancel plans or an obligation, usually last minute
- To cancel on a planned event without prior and/or legitimate notice. Can involve refusal to replay tender received for said event and requires lack of empathy for persons anticipating your arrival. (In regards to the usual behavior of artist, Monxx)
“He said he would be here. I guess he Monxxed again.”
Fans online are absolutely loving it and the accuracy. It’s only a matter of time before Monxx blocks everyone on Twitter…
