Chicago-based ALIGN just reigned in a new era of electronic beats with a sensational lead single “Clear My Mind” , the first taste of his upcoming EP.

Today we’re delighted to share his latest — the lead single from ALIGN’s upcoming EP Clear My Mind.
Debuted on the revered label Lowly Palace, “Clear My Mind” kicks off with a bang and only gets better after the jump. The upbeat house track’s bouncing pianos and sweet vocal melodies are instant head-swayers; yet ALIGN manages to push the energy higher in the chorus with a lead that rhythmically rips across the soundscape.
Speaking on the inspiration for the track and EP, James Fisher, the mind behind ALIGN, clued us in:
“The EP holds 3 tracks inspired by nights playing at the club and going to club shows with friends. There’s a certain energy on these nights that connects everyone and brings us all closer together. Those nights and that energy is what inspired all three of these tracks.”

The producer previously shared snippets of the track and has played it out live across his home city of Chicago with (unsurprisingly) stunning results. “Clear My Mind” is the kind of track that I’d be Shazaming instantly if I heard it out at a club. Luckily for us, we’re in-tune with the Clear My Mind era from day one.
