Brazilian Tech-House Talent Volkoder Reveals Bumping Dirtybird EP

So far, this year has been a success for Brazilian House music and emerging talent Volkoder. Having signed with impressive labels like Toolroom, Hot Creations, Suara and now Dirtybird Records, he is no doubt making a name for himself in the scene.

Released today on Dirtybird, Volkoder‘s two-track How I Talk EP features two fan-certified heaters. On the A-side, “How” boasts cycling, punching vocals over a grooving bassline. Moving to the B-side, the second track is a bit funkier than the first. Featuring a catchy vocal sample and driving, popping bass, “I Talked” is sure to have you up and dancing.

Read what the label had to say about the EP below:

“Brazil has been a hotbed of talent for Dirtybird, and we get to add one more to our South American contingent, Volkoder. With an already impressive discography in just a few short years, his new ‘How I Talk’ EP adds to his run of standout tech house monsters.”

About Volkoder

After his 2014 debut EP, Detroit, caught fire among some of the scenes biggest artists –  including Jamie Jones, Lee Foss and Patrick Topping – Marcos Benedetti’s career as Volkoder took off.

Following this great success, Volkoder gave up his original aspirations of becoming an architect for another dream – producing electronic music. And in four short years, he has signed with massive imprints like Material, Snatch! Records, Sola, Repopulate Mars, Kittball, just to name a few.

This summer alone, big names like Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Marco Carola, Claude Vonstroke, Nic Fanciulli and more, have blasted his tracks in their sets. It’s no surprise that Volkoder had 15 tracks on the Beatport Top 100 this year alone. We’re eager to see what else is to come from the “wonder kid.”
