Experimental Jam Band Umphrey’s McGee Replaces ​​Joe Russo’s Almost Dead

[via press release] Due to unforeseen circumstances, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will not perform at this year’s sold-out Suwannee Hulaween, taking place Thursday, October 28 until Sunday, October 31 at Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL. Instead, Hulaween veterans Umphrey’s McGee will fill the headlining slot with their vivacious, experimental blend of rock, metal, funk, jazz, blues, reggae, electronic, folk and more.

Bringing over 100 of the most diverse live and electronic acts to Spirit of Suwannee Music Park, the sold-out Hulaween 2021 marks a triumphant return for the festival. Since its inception in 2013, the Halloween-themed festival has evolved into one of the country’s leading cross-genre festivals.

Attendees can view the festival set times on Hulaween’s social media accounts and the festival app, available on the App Store and Google Play. All set times are subject to change.

For the eighth edition of the festival, Hulaween welcomes host band The String Cheese Incident for three nights of unrivaled bluegrass-focused jamming along with headliners SkrillexMy Morning JacketLeon BridgesKhruangbinZeds Dead (Deadbeats Takeover), Umphrey’s McGee, and Greensky BluegrassHulaween offers attendees five different stages for dancing: The Meadow Stage, The Hallows Stage, Amphitheater Stage, Spirit Lake Stage, and Campground Stage.
