He has easily been one of our favorite artists of the last few years, and he is back with another single and even bigger news, a NEW album. Tourist’s new single ‘Valentine,’ comes with an exceptionally cool video as well, that premiered on Clara Amfo’s BBCR1 show. His fifth album, Memory Morning, is hitting streaming platforms on April 19 under his label Monday Records.
Following up on new singles ‘EST,’ ‘Second Nature,’ and ‘A Little Bit Further,‘ ‘Valentine’ keeps the danceable vibes we have grown to love with Tourist. The inspiration comes from the Jeremy Spencer Band’s “Travellin’.” Memory Morning promises a nostalgic and disorienting trip when it drops on April 19. Tourist says it’s unlike anything he’s done before.
His last album, ‘Inside Out,’ was a huge hit, blending garage grooves and feel-good melodies. It was born during the wild ride of the pandemic, featuring the highs of becoming a dad and the lows of losing a close friend.
Now, Tourist is on fire, and there’s no slowing down. With a Grammy in his pocket, a hand in writing ‘Stay With Me’ for Sam Smith, and a knack for killer remixes, he’s a force to be reckoned with. Get ready for ‘Memory Morning’ and some epic tours
