The Remix That Lit Up the Mission Ballroom
The story behind the remix traces back to a sold-out Mission Ballroom show in Denver last November. Super Future opened for Tape B, and wanted to inject his set with an explosive, hip-hop-driven moment. What started as a fast-paced studio experiment turned into the centerpiece of the night. Super Future is known for blending in trap with bass and it has been a staple of his that fans can look forward to.

Pulling low-end inspiration from his own tracks like “Supermassive” and his flip of “Gas Pedal,” Super Future designed the remix as a lead-in to a heavier section—but the crowd response proved it stood strong on its own. A TikTok clip from that night quickly went viral, drawing widespread attention from fans and fellow producers alike.
“There was no official bass remix of ‘Grove St. Party’ at the time. It felt like a real gap in the scene—and the crowd reaction made it obvious this version hit the right nerve.” – Super Future
Backed by Warner and Spinnin’
Following a wave of fan demand and viral buzz, Warner Music and Spinnin’ Records moved quickly to bring the remix to the mainstream. This marks a major milestone in Super Future’s career, connecting his bass-forward identity with a globally recognized rap anthem.
With a VIP version already in the works for his summer festival sets, Super Future is keeping the momentum going. The newly released track was the song of Electric Forest this year being rinsed by tons of DJ’s and producers during their sets. It seems as though the entire EDM community collectively agrees that it is the bass track of the summer.
A Standout Year for Success
The release follows the success of Super Future’s Aurora EP on CloZee’s Odyzey Music, and adds another chapter to a fast-rising year. Known for his wide-ranging sound—from downtempo sunrise sets to aggressive late-night energy—he continues to carve out space within the evolving bass landscape.
