A new Skrillex album would be something special, but until we get an official release date, we hope the OwSLA leader keeps dropping single after single!
Last week, JOYRYDE and Skrillex joined forces for “AGEN WIDA,” a bouncy single that is representative of JOYRYDE’s production. This week, we’re gifted with something a little bit more mainstream, but none-the-less great!
The track in question is titled “Arms Around You” and features the late XXXTentaction, Lil Pump, Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee, and Columbian singer Maluma. In a now deleted post, Skrillex took to Instagram yesterday to share a snippet of the single. The song is an absolute radio banger and shows off, once again, Skrillex’s diverse production skills.
“Arms Around You” was produced before XXXTentaction’s death earlier this year. Yesterday, Pitchfork released a secret recording from the rapper, where he confessed to domestic abuse and other terrible crimes.
