Amid protests across the world for the Black Lives Matter movement, LA-based producer RL Grime has stepped up to the plate to contribute to the cause.
This weekend, his Twitch livestream raised $16,411, which went to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, a non-profit organization to help bail low-income citizens out of jail. In addition to this, RL himself matched the $16k and donated that money to the Black Visions Collective, a black-led, Queer & Trans centering organization “whose mission is to organize powerful, connected Black communities and dismantle systems of violence.”
