Just last year, we interviewed the guys of NOKO in collaboration with their debut EP, Dawn. While they were still fresh into music production, they have since added a few releases to their belt, including their newest EP release Chapters: 01. Continuing their unique and fresh take on indie-electronic music, Chapters: 01 gives listeners four songs, including two new tracks. This is the first peek to showcase the progression of NOKO’s sound and production skills, with two more chapters to be released this year.
Kicking off the EP is “Can’t See You,” a light vibrant anthem setting the mood for the next three tracks. “Coloring” and “Solace” follow, both previously released singles. Ending the EP is “Call Me” featuring soft, female vocals, continuing the duo’s theme of progressing from solely instrumental releases. Give the EP a listen below!
To support the Black Lives Matter movement, Jack and Noah of NOKO will be donating 100% of the EP’s proceeds to Know Your Rights Camp, a non-profit organization whose mission is to advance the liberation and well-being of Black and Brown communities through education, self-empowerment and mass-mobilization.
