There is a certain kind of madness that takes hold when you send a few hundred music producers to the Rocky Mountains and tell them they have four days to become better artists.
Not the dangerous kind of madness. The useful kind. The kind that leads to hours-long conversations about snares and frequency placement.
From August 17–21, the Boredomfighters will once again transform Camp Shady Brook, tucked into the Colorado Rockies outside Deckers, into a gathering place for producers looking to take their craft to the next level.

While the star-studded staff, which includes Au5, Andrew Hill of Ternion Sound, David Satori of Dirtwire and Beats Antique, Lily Fangz, Nicole Cacciavillano of Sub.mission and Black Box, and kLL sMTH, plus a Henny rig, are reasons one and two to secure your spot, the location is to die for.

Days are spent moving between beat challenges, songwriting workshops, track feedback sessions, and sound design labs. When it’s time to unplug, campers can find themselves kayaking on the lake, practicing yoga, throwing tomahawks, or cruising through the pines.
It’s a retreat that benefits the future of our scene in more ways than one, with partial proceeds supporting The Boredomfighters Foundation’s mission of bringing music production education to young people across the country.
Applications are now open!
