Manic Focus’ Versatility Shines Bright in ‘Future Flux’ EP [Listen]

From hip-hop EP with Probcause to a vibey lofi EP, Manic Focus comes in hot once more with a brand new EP release titled Future Flux. After catching Manic Focus on Sunday at Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival, the dynamic producer shined bright with a packed set that poured out of the Here stage, a huge milestone from his last time at Okeechobee where he played the Aquachobee stage. Transitioning from his older, classic releases and even sprinkling in 2 of the new tunes from the EP, Manic Focus had everyone grooving.

Future Flux is a 5-track EP with 2 collaborations ft. AHEE and K+Lab and as mentioned, is definitely more on the heavier side compared to previous Manic releases. In recent years, Manic Focus has found himself alongside many Wakaan artists, which inspired him “to dive deeper into sound design and arrangement to create exciting synths and textured that [he hadn’t] previously included in [his] compositions.” Give a listen to the EP below:

“Future Flux is my journey through the heavier side of my mind, and my optimism for mankind’s ability to change and grow in a positive way through difficult times.  I think it’s important to head into the future with optimism, armed with knowledge, balance, and the ability to let go and rage through the moments that hinder our growth as individuals.  I had a blast creating these tunes, and playing them live for my fans has been an amazing experience.”
