If you slept on tickets for Lightning in a Bottle, you may want to look away.
The sold-out, SoCal festival proves time and time again to be one of the brightest gems when it comes to the West Coast circuit, and it’s easy to see why.
LIB’s sell-out year is being met with new projects, venue improvements, and expanded programming – including the newly designed Junkyard stage, reimagined Stacks stage with added dance platforms, the return of interactive spaces like the Unicorn Palace and Frick Frack, and various new art installations and spaces like The Moon Room ambient lounge and Arcadium experience.
Aside from that, the lineup is next level. Keep swiping to learn a little more about some of the acts we’re most excited to see.
ALLEYCVT (Friday)
ALLEYCVT recently became the fourth female EDM artist to headline and sell out Red Rocks. Her sets blend self-performed melodic vocals, with heavy bass to bring you on a curated journey that leaves you feeling so d*mn good long after it ends!
Zeds Dead (Friday)
With a hiatus planned for 2027, every Zeds Dead set feels a little more essential right now. The duo continues to sit in a category of their own. Between their massive discography and an endless bag of IDs, you never know what you might get, and that’s part of what makes them so hard to miss.
Casey Club (Friday)
Casey Club has been steadily building momentum in the UKG scene and is starting to make the same impact stateside. They’ll be sure to kick off the festival weekend with tunes that make you want to dance.
MPH (Friday)
If you spent any time at a bass or UKG set the past year or two, chances are you heard MPH’s “Funk Master” at least once. His sets blend UKG grooves with heavy bass that keeps the energy moving from start to finish.
Chase & Status (Saturday)
Although they pull from decades of DNB influence, Chase & Status sets still feel current. Few names carry as much weight in the drum & bass scene, making this a can’t-miss act for those seeking higher tempos.
Daily Bread (Saturday)
Daily Bread will be bringing his signature blend of hip hop, R&B, and bass to the Thunder stage on Saturday. Pulling from lauded albums such as Invisible Cinema and explosive new works such as the Flash Flood III mixtape, the bread man will be sure to fulfill his side of the bargain.
Of The Trees (Sunday)
After gaining widespread recognition for releases such as “Windhorse” and “Honeydust,” Of The Trees has recently followed up with a slew of new tracks and a full-length album, Moonglade Park. Be sure to stop in at 11:20 PM on Sunday to see what this pioneer is all about.
REAPER (Sunday)
Is it even possible to have too much DNB? The answer is assuredly “no!” for me, and thankfully, REAPER will be spinning Sunday to scratch that itch. Be sure to stomp out the last energy you can muster after a long weekend with the masked artist.
