Rush Over me

Melodic dubstep fans rejoice. When talking about this amazing genre of music, it is impossible not to mention some of the heavy hitting names, such as Seven Lions, Sound Remedy and Adventure Club. These unique artists have brought the genre to its biggest point yet. Their music has influenced hundreds of young producers. One such producer who is currently approaching, if not already exceeded, their success is Colorado bass producer Illenium.

Since his release of his debut album, Ashes, Illenium has become one of the biggest names in electronic music. His remixes of flume, the Chainsmokers, Kaskade, and Odesza have been streamed over 100 million times. With this success comes notice, and obviously Seven Lions has taken notice.

On October 10th, Seven Lions, Illenium, and Said The Sky, whose own brand of melodic bass music is just as massive as Illenium’s, released the mega hit “Rush over Me.”

The song features the vocals of Haliene, a young singer who has exploded onto the scene since her first collaboration with Seven Lions, “The End.” Haliene has quickly become a rising star in the electronic music world.

This track has everything the melodic fan truly loves: heavenly vocals, blaring bass, and heartfelt drops. The song has a truly classic melodic dubstep feel.

This collaboration of talent is always fun to watch. This song is sure to continue to grow as it is heard around the world.
