As Hulaween gears up for its 13th year at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, organizers are promising changes and improvements following feedback from fans. The festival has evolved immensely since its inception, and while growth brings change, the Spirit of the Suwannee remains the same. Whether you’re a longtime veteran or a first-timer, here are the important details to know before you go.
The New Map

The map shows a North, East, and South Gate for festival entrances. Last year, there was a festival entrance near the Off Limits Stage, but it does not appear to be on the 2026 map.
Plus, the festival has changed the location of food vendors. They are now in a food truck village on River Road between the barn and The Hallows Stage that will be accessible from inside and outside of the venue. Food vendors are placed in front of the South Gate entrance, in 80 Acres on Perimeter Road, and next to the Grand Hall.
Organizers say they changed vendor locations to improve food access before, during, and after festival hours.
In 2025, fans were not able to walk around the entirety of Spirit Lake, and a lot of them were not happy about it. Organizers heard them loud and clear and are bringing back 360 access.
Now you can take in the beautiful light shows cast across the water from any direction.
It’s also of note that the barn near The Meadow Stage is now a ‘Wellness Barn’ that offers massages, IV therapy, and more. The Medical Tent is next to the East Gate, but the website says there will be several med tents throughout the park.
Camping Information
Campgrounds open Thursday, October 22 at 8 am. However, if you buy an early arrival pass, you can get inside as early as Tuesday, October 20 at 2 pm. Prior to entry, all guests are required to sign a waiver, which is linked here.
According to Hulaween’s website, there is a strict no re-entry policy for vehicles. In other words, once you bring your car into the campgrounds, you cannot leave and come back. Cars parked in the day lots outside the festival will be allowed to enter the campgrounds starting at 8 pm on Sunday for campsite breakdown.
Pro tip: Having a bicycle makes getting around the campgrounds during the day much easier. Whether you’re searching for food, getting supplies at the general store, or heading to the river, a bike is a lifesaver.
Most importantly, the campgrounds are vast and very dark at night. Carry a light with you, drop a pin at your campsite, mark the name of the row your campsite is on, and have an identifying flag or lights to make it easier to find your campsite at night.
While it might seem intimidating at first, exploring the campgrounds at night is part of the Hula magic! You never know what renegade you might stumble upon.
