After working together on The Weeknd’s latest EP MY DEAR MELANCHOLY, Gesaffelstein, and The Weeknd are back with their latest collab, ‘Lost In The Fire.’
The single dropped last night and is making its rounds on the internet this morning. Featuring a slow drum pattern and some emotional vocals from The Weeknd, the song kicks into high gear around the 1:30 mark. You can hear Gesaffelstein’s distinct production take over around 2:10.
While the song doesn’t initially blow us away, it does have a catchy melody and some darker production that keeps us listening over and over again. Give the single a listen below, and be on the lookout Gesaffelstein’s album Hyperion in 2019.
