7 Minute Meditation on Accepting Change from the Local Mystic
This one comes from one of our own writers here at River Beats – Sierra! She’s multi-talented and the leader of the Local Mystic – an excellent holistic wellness resource. This meditation is great if you’re struggling with coming to terms with change and only have a few minutes for peace. (We see you out there moms!)
