Crankdat Shares Halloween-Inspired EP ‘FEARWORLD’ [Listen]

Let’s get f*ckin’ cranked, y’all! Crankdat is back, and his FEARWORLD release proves that the Ohio based producer just keeps getting better and better.

Kicking off the EP is “Horror Hour,” which he released earlier this week on Monday. “Horror Hour” is an eerie sonic experience featuring hard-hitting vocal chops and punchy drops, a guaranteed banger. Following up is “Phantom Cry,”a fast-building, beat-dropping, bass face-inducing tune.

Give them both a listen below:

In an interview with CULTR, Crankdat explains that FEARWORLD was not only Halloween inspired, but Halloween driven. “I’ve always wanted to do a Halloween themed release, be it a song or an EP, and this year I was fortunate enough to remember in time to get all the pieces together.”

And in just a few years, Crankdat, aka Christian Smith, exploded from his city in Ohio thanks to his multi-faceted, unique sound design. His remixes and originals are regulars in most festival sets played by artists around the globe, no small feat! Something unique about Smith is that he truly is an artist in every sense of the word. He designs his own artwork, executes his own live show visuals, and is the sole mastermind behind everything with the Crankdat project. Stay tuned for more from Crankdat because he’s not going anywhere anytime soon!
