CHEE Explores Depths of Experimental Bass in New EP 'Quarter Inch' [Listen]

Beat-maker extraordinaire and sound engineer, CHEE is showing what he’s really about with his newest EP Quarter Inch, out via Deadbeats. The 5-track EP explores the depths of experimental bass music with all original tracks that dive into the innermost workings of sound design.

His aggressive take on music production continues to develop as his discography grows. Previously released singles “Vultures” and “Blood Thirsty” hinted at what was to come with the new project, serving as cornerstones for the other 3 tracks in Quarter Inch.

According to CHEE himself, he has been working on this project for a little over a year, with some of them having been worked on for years, but he “never really had the confidence to share until now.”

It’s a 5 track, dance-floor heavy piece of work. […] After the last two singles, I’m grateful this project found a home at Deadbeats. Hope everyone enjoys this from start to finish.”
