Producer and multi-instrumentalist BARDZ just delivered a slam dunk with his new single “Save Myself” featuring rising vocalist Dan Turley.

Over the past year, Southern California’s BARDZ has been solidly on my radar. Besides putting out a three-part B-Side EP series and unforgettable live streams from Sedona and beyond, BARDZ (real name Tyler Bardzilowski) continued to elevate his creative efforts with his standout series Bit x Bit, creating emotive looped tracks from scratch on the spot, and flexing his pop pipes on Tik Tok. The producer is one of of the hardest working out, so it’s no surprise he’s kept the momentum on his newest single “Save Myself” with Daniel Turley.

The first single from his upcoming EP Burn Bright, “Save Myself” blends the lines between pop rock and future bass. Turley’s stunning vocals on the track sit atop BARDZ’s always-impressive guitar-driven sound.

According to BARDZ and Turley, “Save Myself” highlights,

“The weight of creative burnout affecting your lifestyle; poor choices begin to wear on you, slipping away from the person you used to be. This new lifestyle is changing you for the worse, and you need out. Nobody can help you, so you must save yourself. And with this realization, the story turns, finding the power to do so within yourself.”-BARDZ

Evoking an upbeat and ethereal soundscape not unlike Illenium and Said The Sky, “Save Myself” is an awesome first taste of the upcoming EP. Filing this one as a happy banger that will without a doubt carry into the brighter days ahead with its uplifting energy.
