Sound Tribe Sector 9 kicked off their 2020 with a 4-night run at the Tabernacle in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. The shows, titled 2020 Visions, made way into “the future they want to create; a homage to nature and a call to action inspired by the Sequoia’s, the largest trees on Earth.” Each night represented a different stage in the life cycle of a tree, symbolizing something very special for Tribers that attended all evenings.
For those that were unable to attend, don’t fret! STS9 has began uploading their sets to Bandcamp for all to enjoy. Nights 1 and 2 are available to listen here. Their special and super intimate “Rave Spell” show at the Ravine on December 30th is also available to listen to and download here.
“2020 Visions is a collaboration with the STS9 community. Were planting seeds now that we want to see grow for years to come.”
