Lumasi, one of bass music’s fastest rising producers, is set to drop his most authentic project to date: a five-track EP titled Sun & Moon EP to be released on December 13th

2024 has been a transformative year for Lumasi, cementing his status as one of the most exciting emerging artists in bass music. Known for blending nostalgic elements with fresh, innovative production, Lumasi has quickly won over fans and industry professionals alike, setting the stage for even bigger achievements in 2025.

Capping off this breakout year is Lumasi’s highly anticipated debut EP, Sun & Moon, set for release on December 13, 2024. This five-track project showcases his ability to jump across genre boundaries while drawing inspiration from themes of nature and duality. The EP’s singles, “Mourning Dub” and “Deleted” (featuring underground producer SCHMUX), have already generated excitement ahead of the full release.

The tracklist highlights Lumasi’s evolution as a producer:

    1. Mourning Dub
    2. Dreamlike
    3. Deleted (feat. SCHMUX)
    4. Crowd Control
    5. Smooth (feat. OZZTIN)

Each track on Sun & Moon reveals a different facet of Lumasi’s artistic identity, from introspective melodies to crowd-shaking basslines, making it a definitive statement of his growth and ambition.

The Viral Remix That Sparked a Movement

Lumasi first captured widespread attention with his unofficial remix of Flo Rida’s “Low,”. This remix went viral on TikTok, gaining millions of views. The buzz was so significant that Atlantic Records issued a takedown notice—only to later inquire about officially re-releasing the track. Rather than taking the mainstream route, Lumasi reimagined the remix with new vocals from ProbCause, creating Lower. This track, now reaching nearly one million Spotify streams, showcases his ability to reshape familiar sounds while staying true to his artistic vision.
