Baltimore Set To See Electronic Mayhem Unfold with/ Liminoid’s Jamtronic Circus Coming to Town

Liminoid

Well, here we are. Baltimore. That fever-swamp of the mid-Atlantic, now bracing for an incoming squall of pure, unadulterated electronic chaos. Curated by Headnod Entertainment and Boosted Promo, two outfits that have helped define the bass scene in Maryland over the past few years, the show at Soundstage this Saturday will feature a summit of sonic assassins by the names of Yheti, Lespecial, Liminoid, 3420, and Something Casual (Cope Aesthetic B2B Kazi).

Liminoid

The Artists

Yheti

Yheti

This is the Alpha and Omega of the glitch-squad. Yheti trades in abstract, snarling sound design and has the unsettling ability to make a sound system question its own purpose. A certified digital lunatic who designs his bass lines specifically to dismantle your reality and leave you weeping at the altar of the glitch, fans can expect the unpredictable, the grotesque, and the magnificent.

Liminoid

Liminoid

This is a sonic force of nature: the integrated live collaboration between electronic provocateur Yheti and the powerhouse rhythms of lespecial. The project is a calculated, high-intensity event where Yheti’s digital precision fuses with the band’s raw, organic instrumentation. You can check out their debut album, a 12-track technohuman saga, out now on all streaming platforms.

lespecial

lespecial

New England’s three-headed beast. They don’t respect genres, they redesign them—fusing heavy metal thunder with cerebral funk and enough electronic velocity to rattle the teeth right out of your skull. Catch them Saturday as they embark on a necessary confrontation with the loud, beautiful, and utterly deranged limits of rock and roll.

3420

3420

A jam-tronica trio that has taken the live band experiment and strapped it to a bottle rocket, 3420 operates at the razor’s edge where electronic bass meets raw, pulsing human rhythm. Recently performing alongside Papadosio for their grand farewell (before going on hiatus) at their massive Fillmore gig in Denver, this exposure proves they can command the legions while retaining an authentic, original, and stil very much underground following.

Something Casual (Cope Aesthetic B2B Kazi)

Something Casual

Here we have the honest output of the Eastern machine, a damn good duo that stands as a direct product of the Maryland bass community. The group deals in high-stakes spontaneity and a wide spectrum of pure electronica, often oscillating crowds with surgical live cutting. These operatives have just started to earn their stripes with a supporting slot for Supertask this past Summer and a grand appearance at the Griz’s Seven Stars Festival in October.

The Promoters

Headnod Entertainment

They are the architects of the evening’s madness, known for meticulously assembling lineups that mix legends with the hungry young wolves of the underground. They know the score, and they know the sound.

Boosted Promo

Boosted operates as a vital force in the scene, praised for their impeccable taste in curation and their dedication to booking artists who push the creative boundaries of the regional electronic music market.

Combined, we have no doubts that Headnod, Boosted, and the acts on this insanely stacked lineup will give Baltimore a show to remember. Grab your tickets to the event here.
