Electric Forest has officially announced its 2025 lineup
The festival’s four-day run in Rothbury, Michigan, is shaping up to be a must-attend event per usual. From June 19-22, attendees will experience an eclectic mix of music genres, offering something for everyone.
An exciting highlight is Of The Trees, who will take the stage as a headliner for the first time. Known for his immersive and progressive bass style, this is a major moment for underground bass fans who will be in attendance. Joining him in the bass music realm is UK standout Hamdi and crowd favorite Mersiv, promising sets that bass fans won’t want to miss. Will fans get another secret and intimate set by Mersiv this year?
The headliners are as diverse as ever, including names like Justice, Tiësto, Disclosure (DJ Set), and FISHER, each bringing their unique energy. For those looking for something different, Khruangbin and their signature mix of styles will be a welcome addition, while Liquid Stranger continues to explore the possibilities of bass music. Drum and bass fans will be thrilled by the supergroup WORSHIP, featuring Sub Focus, Dimension, Culture Shock, and 1991. WORSHIP will bring the world of UK drum and bass to the stage at forest, a place where it is more than welcomed.
Beyond Electronic Music- String Cheese is Back
The festival delivers variety with performances from Caribou, Confidence Man, and the famous forest’s very own: The String Cheese Incident, who will play two sets this year. Fans have speculated the return of String Cheese noting that the festival would not be the same without them. Seeing this group is a must for the forest, as the festival would not be where it was today without them. House and techno fans will enjoy sets from Blond:ish, Loco Dice, and Cloonee, while artists like Sara Landry and Barry Can’t Swim provide even more range to the lineup.

Electric Forest continues its tradition of engaging the community with an interactive lineup reveal. Fans pieced together hints from social media posts, text messages, and EF Radio playlists to uncover which artists would be performing, adding an extra layer of excitement ahead of the official announcement. This first phase of the lineup is already looking to be a forest for the books. But the lineup does not ever end at this stage. Forest will continue to drop hints on new additions for both headliners and support, as well as secret set times all the way to the Saturday of the festival. As more artists continue to be released, the anticipation builds around what I believe to be one of the greatest festivals in this country.
