For many music fans, the new year means opportunity for new talent to emerge, leaving many eager to see what 2021 will have in store. For those fans out there, juuku is here to provide. The up-and-coming writer, producer, vocalist, and cinema 4d prodigy is back with his first single of the year via โWarmthโ.
Following a breakout year in 2020 where the artist-to-watch released an astounding 22 tracks and garnered support from the likes of RL Grime, Diplo, San Holo’s label + many others, juuku is starting the year off strong with yet another original, head-turning single that is setting the tone for the rest of the year.
โWarmthโ showcases juuku’s production versatility by displaying a much different side of him than we’re used to. The track is much more of a mellow vibe filled compared to most of juuku’s previous offerings, with electronic bass style production and harmonic vocal chops throughout.
โWarmthโ is the first taste of juukuโs forthcoming EP that is set to release on Moving Castle in the coming months. This is his second release on the label, following the April 2020 release of โhealingโ with Wilo Wilde.
