Dillon Francis & Alison Wonderland – Lost My Mind (JEANIE FLIP)
“Lost My Mind” was a product of a match made in heaven, but even masterpieces need a little switch up every once in a while. JEANIE takes the trap banger and turns into an all-out bass assault that we’re going to be bumping at every party this summer.
Cola James – Black & White
The former lead singer of indie rock band The Verigolds is going solo as Cola James, and she’s here to deliver our weekly dose of electro-pop. It’s dark, hypnotizing, and inescapably catchy.
Autograf – Hold Me Back (Feat. John Splithoff)
It’s always a good day for new Autograf. The group returns with a new single Hold Me Back featuring vocalist John Splithoff.
RL Grime – I Wanna Know (Justice Skolnik Remix)
Egzod – Better With You
Following the success of his Trap Nation Debut with “Reserve” in February 2019 and “Departure” via NCS in December 2018, Egzod returns to Lowly with “Better With You. Better With You displays both future bass and an indie-pop influence.
ShiShi – Mahamudra
Klingande – By The River
The first single from Klingande’s long-awaited debut album is here, and it’s a bluesy, soulful masterpiece.
“With ‘By The River’ I wanted to come back to what I love the most, with something happy, groovy, really organic with my pop/folk influences. I’m really excited about my upcoming album, I have dreamt a lot about it and I’ve worked with my team for a year making sure I’m 100% happy with all the new songs.”
ManyFew – Closer Love (ft Twiggy)
“Closer Love” is the third collaboration between ManyFew and Twiggy, and their chemistry in the studio shines on this one. The infectious piano-driven melody floats over Twiggy’s vibrant vocals, creating an inescapably catchy dance track.
PLS&TY – Motives (ft GANZ & Nevve)
Miami-based PLS&TY is back following the widespread acclaim of “Rebel Love” with a new track, “Motives.” Featuring Dutch producer GANZ and one of our favorite featured singer/songwriters Nevve, “Motives” weaves a poignant picture of heartbreak and indifference with its cinematic, chilled-out basslines and emotive vocals.
DNMO – No Way Out
“‘No Way Out’ was one of the first steps I took over the last 12 months towards a new electronic meets pop wave of my music. I think most people have experienced feeling like they’re in a never-ending tricky situation, or felt the paranoia of someone you love being shady. So when Noy showed me her initial idea, I knew we could team up and create something the majority of us can relate to” – DNMO
Louis The Child x RAYE – Breaking News (Duke & Jones Remix)
“Breaking News” was one of the standout tracks from Louis The Child’s Kids At Play album, and it’s gotten the remix treatment from rising artists Duke & Jones. They flipped the original into a trap banger with their signature earthy/minimalistic elements to it.
Black Tiger Sex Machine – Download The Future
BTSM continues their hot streak in 2019 with their two track Ep “Download The Future”
These are just a few of the songs in the newest update to Freshly Picked Beats. Be sure to check out the Spotify playlist in its entirety below.
