If you’re familiar with Triple J, you’ll know this AUSTRALIAN radio show has made some innovative changes in the music world. One of them is their “Like a Version” series, in which popular artists create covers of their favorite songs (also by other popular artists). It’s an excellent opportunity to see artists come out of their signature style and reinvent some classic songs in a whole new way.
We spent countless hours scouring Triple J’s ‘Like a Version’ YouTube channel for our favorite covers. Here they are (in no particular order):
