Ten Songs You Need In Your Life This Week

Every week we listen to way too much new music. If you actually have a life and need the best new music hand delivered to you, you’re in luck. Check out our favorite tracks from this week, and stream the entire playlist below.

Claptone – Under The Moon

Claptone’s upcoming album is shaping up to be one of the best releases of the year. “Under The Moon” is a summer night pool party in song form. Not the shitty pool parties with underage kids chugging flavored vodka and jumping off the roof, but the champagne-fueled elite pool parties in the hills of LA that you hear about but never get invited to. It’s sleek, fun, and subtly sexy.

Ekali x Medasin – Forever (Feat. Elohim)

We’ve been waiting for this one for a while, and it doesn’t disappoint. Elohim is a star in the making, and she shines in this track. Her beautiful lyrics about love compliments the phenomenal production courtesy of Ekali and Medasin, who craft a dreamy, feel good track around Elohim’s vocals.

Sofi Tukker – BEnadryl

Sofi Tukker’s debut album is finally here, and with it a whole slew of phenomenal tracks. “Benadryl” is more subdued than most of Sofi Tukker’s wild music, but there’s beauty in the calm.

Chvrches – Miracle

“Miracle” is the final single before the release of their long-awaited album Love Is Dead, and it’s a doozy. It’s a bombastic synth-pop masterpiece, as Lauren’s beautifully delicate verses give way into a massive chorus that will have you using words like “doozy”.

The Glitch Mob – I Could Be Anything (Feat Elohim) [REZZ Remix]

Rezz puts her spin on an already heavy track. The Space mom added her amazing production to the glitchy and raw vocals of Elohim. This one is just as good as the original, and we love what Rezz did with it.

Bearson – Get Lost (Feat AShe)

Sober Rob – Supermoon (Feat Karra)

This could possibly be one of the best tracks of 2018. Featuring the fierce vocals of KARRA, sober rob has really shown why his classical background makes him so unique

STEVE VOID & TELYKAST – COMFORTABLE (MIDAS REMIX)

Washington D.C. native Midas is a rising name out of the east coast dance scene. He is making his debut on our freshly picked beats playlist, delivering a fresh and fast take on Steve Void & TELYKAST ‘Comfortable.’ Giving it a much needed boost in terms of tempo and sound production

Marian Hill – Wish You Would

Petit Biscuit – Problems (Shallou Remix)

These are just a few of the songs in the newest update to Freshly Picked Beats. Be sure to check out the Spotify playlist in its entirety below.
